Info Post
Website Review

Yesterday I did some googling on St. Brigid, and I found two posts in the very popular world-Orthodox site of a..sinner,  molonlabe70.  This site has a collection of selected Orthodox treasures, writings of Holy Fathers and many lives of saints.

Typical of world-Orthodoxy a..sinner defends the use of the new calendar and accuses the old calendarists of being "schismatics" and says they are "not canonical."

However, molonabe's main argument for the new calendar seems to be that the only alternative [super-correct disease] is far worse.  Untypical of a world-Orthodox site, there are some posts on the end times and against ecumenism; and even one post that has caught a glimpse of the Royal Path: http://molonlabe70.blogspot.com/2010/01/ecumenism-and-schismatic-old.html   In this article we can see the frustration of a sincere soul trying to choose between the two extremes of world-Orthodoxy and "true" Orthodoxy [i.e., renovationism and super-correct].

I did notice, though, in the sidebar, there is a listing of Orthodox Churches in Las Vegas.  Every Orthodox Church in Las Vegas is listed except the one with the myrrh-streaming icon of St. Nicholas.

It is good that the Sister Churches, the Royal Path Churches, are not considered members of the world-Orthodoxy club.

I hope everyone who reads this and who has a chance to visit Las Vegas will go venerate this holy icon and receive the blessing of being in the presence of a heavenly manifestation on earth.
